The Grapes
"Pomace" from the different varieties cultivated on the D.O. Ribeiro.
Pale straw yellow color, clean and bright. Medium intensity aroma, fine, with White fruits, fennel and fresh herbs. On the palate it is balanced and fresh.
Soil: Different soils from the 4 valleys of Ribeiro, mainly over a subsoil of granite rock.
Winemaking
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature.
Gastronomy
Fish in general and snacks.
