PROCESS

Traditional wine making, fermented under temperature control, followed by 20 hours maceration with skin contact. Ageing in new French oak barrels during 1 and a half month

TASTING

Colour.- Straw yellow with golden notes,clean and brightly.
Aroma.- Primary, intense and clean of good intensity aromas.
Palate.- Smooth, wide and the sweetness well balanced.
